4. The FEMA Director, Brock?, was on MSNBC and said they're in the

process of setting up a webpage so people could make donations to Puerto Rico. My first thought was , wtf, is this administration setting up a gofundme to help the people of PR? While this wouldn't surprise me at all , Brock was talking about a page with all the relief organizations listed on it , like the Red Cross. Can't believe they're just now getting around to it. Puerto Ricans can't vote and have brown skin so Republicans don't care.
