I wonder if the Republicans regret coining the term "Obamacare" for the ACA.

A landmark healthcare-legislation.

A landmark healthcare-legislation so good, that 7 years later Republicans still have no idea how to do better.

A landmark healthcare-legislation that will stay around until the Democrats replace it with something even more left-wing.

A landmark healthcare-legislation that could be around forever.

And they named it after Obama.

When they were hoping it would be unpopular, they called it Obamacare because that would help tie any failure to him.
When it started working, and people started liking it, they started calling it the ACA because they didn't want its success tied to him.
Now they're back to calling it Obamacare as they're making it more difficult for it to succeed by cutting funds, etc. for the first reason again.
