How can Senators sell out not just their colleagues of the states that expanded Medicare but they will be selling out the all those US citizens with that Medicaid.

The states that are the poorest and that need the Medicaid will be hurt the most. Does that mean that there will be a shift of population to the richer states? Will that mean that the white supremacists will have their own couple of states like they wanted. Will businesses follow the workforce? Will the number of House seats follow them too?
