4. I assume it would hurt the health care sector of the economy, and drive inflation rates

as I imagine Blue states that are being robbed of their funding will pass the resulting tax increase to supplement their lost revenue, which will cause companies to increase prices both to cover costs of premiums and cost of new taxes and since a huge amount of the economy flows through blue states...it will also drive up costs in red states.

The only winner will be...I'm not sure. Really no one long term, but short term CEOs of a few companies will make out before floating away on their golden parachute. This is a terrible deal for just about everyone.
