as I understood his beef was that he wanted the bill to make it way through as bills usually do, not hidden, secret or rammed though at the last minute.

McConnell and the rest of the Trump enablers are still trying to do that.

The Senate Parliamentarian has ruled that #GrahamCassidy REQUIRES a CBO analysis to allow it to pass with 50 votes (reconciliation rules).
