He's not "siding with Democrats." He's giving the finger to McTurtle.

He thinks this insult will get him what he wants. I expect exactly ZERO legislation from him that is helpful to the 99%. As usual, he's simply doing what his demented brain thinks will benefit him. That's it.

his own winning/losing--which seems to equate with "signing something" or making money for himself--he is easy to manipulate (look how the pukes in the WH and his cabinet have been doing it).

His anger at pukes in congress can be exploited. Slather on the praise and watch him dance. Special side bonus is that this will split the republican party even further.

The worst year-one legislative record anyone can remember, GOP majorities notwithstanding. His Royal Majesty of the Golden Shit Throne Trump figures he's entitled to much better, and what better way register his extreme displeasure than to kowtow to those oh-so-evil Democrats.

I think our Democratic leaders have him outsmarted at every turn, even without the current majority in congress. Seeing what they've accomplished so far is impressive, especially when looked at from the perspective of legislating power.

We had a really strong message in '16, and need to work harder at getting that same message out to as many people as possible. Chuck/Nancy should continue fighting for our similar common values, our party and global community. I for one am ready to stand on the rooftops and shout it out loud.

I could too, since I frequently engage in roofing ..including the tower cranes during construction
