Do gas stations in your state charge extra to use credit/debit cards (poll)

I understand some states do not allow this.

But I think that there is a max charge. It's either 8 or 10 cents per gallon.

2. Yes and you are never sure until after you chose one

and see the price on the pump change. California here.

At lease in MI both prices have to be posted on the pole in large numbers.

6. No, but one chain, Arco, gives a cash discount

 

this is in CA. The convenience store near my old apartment is attached to an Arco. Nothing quite like popping in there for a sixer or a bag of chips and getting stuck in line behind a bunch of people waving wadas of cash and yelling "$20 on 4!"
