They have thousands who show up every Sunday.
How many came to their own church looking for shelter
or some other help and found the doors locked? What do
they have to say about their pastor now? How about the
gospel of prosperity that he espouses?

(51,409 posts)on there was taking up for Osteen, saying he was a nice guy and she wasn't sure about the reports that the church was absolutely dry and not flooded.
I couldn't believe. People were even tweeting photos of the building and the dry parking lot around it and she wanted to withhold judgement.
I don't know her name but she's a regular on there.
And one other even more outrageous thing she said was about Joy Reid. The conversation got around to Rachel Maddow's show and how Joy was filling in for her.
The woman, whatever her name is, said she didn't like it when Joy filled in for Rachel because she is terrible at her job.
What a hater. Joy Reid is excellent. The only thing I can fathom why she would say that is the green-eyed monster must have gotten a grip on her. That has to be it because she was hating on Joy on the air. Obviously jealous.

(15,213 posts)Than for Osteen to be the catalyst that finally tars him and his fellow millionaire "preacher" pieces-of-shit as the con-artist grifters they are, and for them to start loosing their flock. But I won't hold my breath.
