9. Yup... I was driving through Woodstock, GA (one county north in Cherokee County, GA) years ago

and freaked out when my car was stopped in the middle of a line of traffic by a large ongoing KKK rally. It did not make one bit of difference to me that I am a Caucasian woman. I was scared to death and did not stop shaking until I was hours away from that rabid pack.

That cop may or may not have been sarcastic(beyond disgusting, if so) in his statement, but just the assumption that a white woman would in any way feel secure after being stopped, alone, by an armed cop in this day and age is EXACTLY how a racist would think, IMO. His statement was abhorrent and I think he deserves to be fired for it.
