What would the scenario of enacting the 25th Amendment be?

Now that the GOP Senator from Tennessee is calling into question 45's mental state, I couldn't help but think that they're up to something. Could the 'emergency' meeting at Camp David, which we now know will include Pence, Kelly, and Mattis, be to temporarily install the VP as acting president? This way 45 won't get impeached nor resign, but step aside for 'rehabilitation' and could return as POTUS at a later date? I know that this almost sounds like CT territory, but ever since the 2000 elections we have see the GOP bring about a lot of firsts in this country; SCOTUS stopping a recount for the 2000 election, the shoving through legislation when there isn't proper time to review it, the turning off of hacking protection of voting machine tied to the internet, the withholding of confirmation of a SCOTUS for nine months until another President could be elected... and so on.

I just have a feeling; the bastards are up to something.

You can read the 25th and it tells the procedure but it's a multi layered process and a time limit when the action expires. If the final vote by a certain margin isn't met within the time period, he's president again. I think 2 weeks. ??

As far as after it's enacted, it's anyone's guess.
