5. "They didn't stop me" isn't a defense against prosecution. City police decided to defer

to the Sheriff's office, since the event occurred on county property with Sheriff's personnel present. The Sheriff's office decided its first priority was avoiding a confrontation that could have led to injuries but recorded the event for prosecution purposes and is now arresting individuals involved

10. So, they arrest one person for murder but no one for

abusing anti protester protesters but they arrest many for toppling a statue that they knew they were going to topple? I think the police are on the racists side. Nothing like being arrested for hurting an inanimate object but not hurting people.
