If anyone wants to have some fun visit the message board of right wing site and simply correct someone when they post "Democrat" party instead of Democratic party. A good number will push back with something idiotic. Plus you can provide links from Wikipedia or other reference sites that prove them wrong and ask them why they don't like facts. Then watch them get even more ridiculous with their response. Fun for the whole family.

I had a friend from Nebraska who followed the Nebraska Cornhuskers football team

A right wing guy who used to say Democrat party.
"What's the big deal?" So I started call his team the Nebraska Cornhusks.

Seemed to do the trick.

When a newbie comes on here and professes to be 100% with us, then says "Democrat" party, it's an unremovable mark against that poster. I don't care what the excuse is.

and we cannot use the same trick they like to use for "Democrat" party, we can however say "Republicans party" or "Republican's party".
