Not enough credit is being given to Senator Schumer

"I am not a member of any organized political party. I am a Democrat." --- Will Rogers

Throughout this whole disaster of a Presidency, Chuck Schumer has managed to keep all 46 Dems and 2 Indies in complete unity.

Keeping a group of individuals that range from Bernie Sanders to Joe Manchin in lockstep is no small feat.

Chuck Schumer is an excellent leader.

In Will Rogers' day, Dems included Southern conservatives, extreme right wing compared to other conservatives. The Republican Party was far more moderate without them than today, so that Dems and Reps would often join together, working across the aisle, to block the far right split between both our parties.

A long way of saying, don't believe the press on this. They need controversy, strife, and trend conservative/business-oriented themselves, notably the MSM.

These days it's the pubs who are torn apart now that conservative extremists are concentrated there, and conservative extremist billionaires are funding their campaigns.

I just sent him a thank you email.
I send so many emails to my Rep. Stefanik, that I don't thank Senators Shumer and Gilliland enough.
Took care of that this am.
Thanks for reminding us.
So easy to send an email when you are angry about something, easy to forget to support those fighting FOR us.

First, that he represents you, and secondly that you're supporting him.

As I read the OP, the thought crossed my mind that Cheetolini and his RepubliCONs will be targeting Sen. Schumer when he runs for re-election. And they are going to go as dark and dirty as they can.
