Somebody needs to tell him that tRump is not his friend. He has been used by tRump and is no longer useful. In fact, he is especially angry with Jeff for recusing himself, so tRump truly wants him gone. Jeff just needs to face facts. He is another in a long list of people who tRump used and discarded. 10. I will be glad when all of the truth about what was done and who did it comes out.

There are many players in this developing story---some key players with lots of culpability. There are others more like two bit players but they will have their moment to account for their part. I am really tired---worn to a nub, honestly----of the tRump fans living in denial that their precious hero is a devil in disguise. Unfortunately, they will have to have their noses rubbed in the cold, nasty sh*t before they will believe they have been duped. And even then, I expect some will hang on until the bitter end.

This has been a living nightmare for those of us who have followed this story closely. My emotions have run the gamut from despair to hope and back again---sometimes all in the same day. I have thought about fleeing the US and then decided against that. A few months later I was thinking of fleeing again. These highs and lows and emotional, life altering decisions are hard on a 68 year old woman. My husband battles depression and has for years and this situation is not helping that one bit. He is pretty much resigned that tRump has assisted Putin in destroying this country and particularly our voting system. He believes that all changed on Nov. 8th.

I still have a shred of hope (tattered and battle weary) that there are still good people inside of government who will do the right things to stop tRump and Putin. I just hope I am right and things will begin improving for the citizens very soon. I have to believe that tRump is going to be ousted sooner rather than later. And everyone that helped him needs to be prosecuted and punished. The trials need to be televised so the tRump minions can find out how and why they were screwed over. I'd like to think I could feel sorry for them but the realistic side of me says...nah. Let them learn the hard way. Read 'em and weep.

13. Thank you. We have to stick together. This is so serious and genuinely frightening that

we need the camaraderie and information we get here. I live in a very red part of Florida (NW in the Panhandle) and there ARE like minded people here. But we're out numbered and out voted in every election. So DU is a place where you can say what you think and find tons of information. We do not all agree on every subject and there are sometimes ferocious fights but in the end, the majority of us just want our country back---to coin a phrase. 😉 And we want tRump gone---like yesterday. Is that too much to ask? I think not!
