Just what we need, even more totally unqualified gun nuts packing on the streets and highways. Bottom line, guns almost never make any conflict safer or better. A small percentage of people who carry are adequately trained to do any good at all.

3. Maybe. Maybe not. It would still need to
be passed by the state Senate and signed by the governor. There's no schedule for Senate action on this at the moment.
