Just replied to a fund-raising solicitation from Mitt Romney.

The envelope contained the following:

I'm returning this solely to ensure that you have to pay the postage. I wouldn't vote for that lying sonuvabitch is he was running against Charlie Manson. Have a nice day.

3. even better

I think you can also put heavy stuff in it, like a shingle. Make them hand sort it and carry the weight!
check with Your Friendly PostMistress, of course.

6. Me too!

I just did that last week--and stuffed the entire original mailer into the return envelope to maximize postage. I didn't use your exact words...probably called him a "lying douche-bag" or something like that.

8. An improvement on your method.

Don't stuff the ENTIRE original mailer into the return envelope. That would include the contribution form with your name and address. Then they would know to take you off their list.

I sent the Romney campaign a bilious note, at their expense, a few months ago, but stripped my response of identifying information. As a result, I've now received another request. This one, alas, doesn't include a BRE, but at least they wasted the money to send me the mailing.

As another bonus, I now have a full-color picture of Romney, wearing blue jeans and standing in front of a barn. I hear these things are great for lining the bottom of the dog carrier before you strap it to the roof of your car.

9. Tape it to a brick and send it back.

I did it to the RNC in 2004. My Postman assured me that it would be delivered as long as the postage was paid. Try a bowling ball instead of a brick.

10. Ooh, I just replied to him, too.

I hardly think the man whose tax deduction for a fancy dancing horse is greater than my annual income needs a campaign donation from me.

Especially when hes already brought in millions and millions of dollars from William Koch, Harold Simmons, Bob Perry, Jim Davis, Richard and Bill Marriott, Edward Conrad, Frank VanderSloot, Steven Lund, Julian Robertson Jr., John Paulson, Paul Singer, Robert Mercer, Kenneth Griffin, L. Francis Rooney III, and Steven Webster.

Sincerely,
An over-educated common person

P.S. Why is Mitt hiding the rest of his tax returns?????

Also included a printout of this:
