Looking inside the mind of a madman. What do you think
Trump intended to convey by his Mika tweet? Maybe I'm a little slow on the uptake, but how is mentioning that someone "bled" from surgery even "hitting back"? Post-operative bleeding would be fairly normal, I should think. So I'm not sure how Trump thought he was "hitting back." Or was the hitting back the name-calling, with the bleeding taunt being merely a gratuitous detail thrown in?
Why should Mika's bleeding make the slightest difference? What is going on inside Trump's mind?

1. I think it goes to his misogyny and accompanying belief that women should at all times and in
all places be physically appealing to him... to TRUMP.

What an utterly bizarre mindset. Really wacky. 25th Amendment stuff. |

5. Oh, absolutely.
In addition to being a fat, quadruple-chinned repulsive piece of excrement who ironically expects to be surrounded by physically beautiful women, he is seriously unwell in a psychological/mental sense.

4. In his tiny brain he's trying to find a way to make her look bad.
At a fourth grade level. Because she criticized him.
Not sure what the blood is supposed to mean, but the facelift tale is a focus on her looks and sex, implying she doesn't measure up as a woman. Amazingly, he seems to think that saying this about her is a clever riposte that will make people ignore what she says about him. Again, fourth grade level "punching back." |

6. Very weird. Mika says he's crazy, and he responds by saying
she's had a facelift, like the latter somehow counterbalances or refutes the former.

7. Tomorrow if their ratings go up..
he'll take credit for that. And if they don't, he'll say that's proof people agree with him. The rest of it is just Trump being Trump-- this is hardly the most offensive, weird, or creepy word jumble he's ever produced.

8. Well, I'm going to take a look at Morning Joe
even though I loathe Scarborough. If her talking about Trump's mental health is getting to the president, I want to see. And if talking about his mental health upsets him, I want everyone to talk about his mental health all the time.

9. So this exchange between him and Mika is merely glitterati
trash-talking? May not be the creepiest or weirdest, but I cannot recall any modern statesman saying such weird stuff. His spokespeople tried to justify it as his "hitting back" but, if so, he doesn't really seem to be accomplishing that.

10. I've read that there are photos of her at Mar a Lago then, no sign of surgery.
It wouldn't be normal at all for a person who had a face lift to go out in public while still bleeding. The bleeding ends on the operating table unless there is some disastrous post-op complication, in which case the person would be in the ER.
Bruising and swelling are natural, which is why people having face lifts stay out of sight for a few weeks. No way would a TV personality as aware of her appearance as Mika go to a high profile event right after a face lift. Trump made the whole thing up. His repeated use of "bleeding" as an insult to women indicates a deep-seated paranoia about women. |

11. Thank you. I am a layperson on medical procedures and recuperation
processes. I wonder how people like Mattis and Tillerson can stand to be associated with Trump. He's clearly a few fries short of a Happy Meal.
