1966 movie "Our Man Flint:" An evil organization holds world hostage w/ threats to melt ice caps.

I turned on a retro movie, "Our Man Flint," that I used to watch as a kid.
Even back in 1966, this James Coburn 'Bond' movie parody highlights the destruction of the world by an evil organization that professes to do good but wants its way, not matter what. This organization, called Galaxy, holds the world hostage with a threat to melt the ice caps and destroy all life as we know it.

50 years in the future, we have an evil criminal-like organization that threatens the world so they can get what they want.
