Robert Mueller Just Hired Trumps Worst Nightmare

Ruh roh...

Benedict Donald should be getting to the panic stage by now...

"Weissman, known for his time as head of the U.S. Justice Departmentís criminal fraud section, has made a career out of getting witnesses to flip on one another. Weissman was instrumental in the investigation of Enron, which concluded with numerous executives being sent to prison for extended periods of time. He has also made a name for himself in Brooklyn, New York, where he successfully investigated multiple organized crimes. All of these cases relied heavily on Weissmanís witness-flipping experience and abilities."

The biggest size fits up to a 64-inch waist. According to http://www.doctorzebra.com/prez/z_x27pyjama_g.htm, William Howard Taft only had a 54-inch waist, and Taft is still the fattest president we've ever had...though if he keeps having two scoops when everyone else gets only one and we don't impeach the bastard fairly soon, that may change.

It's how nearly all federal cases are prosecuted. This isn't a knock on this guy at all, but cooperating witnesses are the norm, not something special that one guy does.

24. Section 5K1 of the sentencing guidelines makes all of them very successful

Many federal crimes have statutory mandatory minimums, 10 to life, 20 to life, sometimes mandatory life. 5K1 provides that (except for certain low level drug offenders) the ONLY way to get below the mandatory minimum is to cooperate to the satisfaction of the government. That's what gets people to flip, and all federal prosecutors use this tool very successfully.

No, not all prosecutors are equally skilled, and I happen to know that Weissman is a very skilled prosecutor. I simply took issue with the implication that he was somehow unique for flipping witnesses. Beyond that I'm certainly not interested in fighting with you. Have a nice day.

9. If one reads the article..then we have a reason to be really happy today.

Andrew Weissman is the expert...perhaps in the nation..on .."witness-flipping" Which will be totally necessary if the people very close to Trump and Trump himself are to be charged and convicted..This isn't pretty, and perhaps it is very ugly, but the best, is still the best. Trump is used to making "deals" to get out of trouble..If a close associate "flips" on Trump..then the deal has already been made, and Trump himself is in danger....

Let us hope this results in resignation or being charged with a crime. Mueller is going for the jugular. and that is great....

29. It sometimes takes a decade or longer to bring these types of cases to trial.

So don't hold you breath waiting for Trump to be RICO'd. And Ford pardoning Nixon set the precedent. No former President will ever face criminal trial or imprisonment.

And it's going to be even harder when your investigation's target has the absolute authority to commute or pardon people's crimes. And Trump would probably perform mass commutations or pardons in order to disguise his motives. He'd be widely praised for doing such things, especially if he couched it in terms of reforming our criminal justice system.

I'd settle for winning big in 2018 and 2020 and taking our country back.

And got himself elected to the Presidency. I'd accuse him of many things, but incompetence isn't one of them. Especially when it comes to his own personal and financial protection.

He fights incredibly hard on even the little cases. On an important case like this, Trump will have a thousand lawyers drafting motions, compromising witnesses and investigating his opposing counsel.

I'm positive Trump has already drafted the pardons of people Mueller would make deals with to get dirt on Trump.

I still think Conald is smart enough to have made sure he wasn't recorded.

His only fear was that Trump Tower was - cuz he knew he said tons about it there.

But, he solved that by accusing Obama of wired tapping TT and that worked like a charm - Obama et al immediately fell for it and said NO WAY did we tap. Phew, said Conald.

Only hope, maybe, if someone turns. BUT, hope the turner has proof cuz Conald would just say - LIAR !!!

call broker and tell him that we want to load up on ConAgra Foods (CAG) stock, ASAP! They own JiffyPop, Orville Redenbacher, and several other popcorn-based brands.

I'm sure he'll be pleased to meet Mr. Weissman, Esq.

52. Members of a mob will stick together------till they don't.

"Weissman, known for his time as head of the U.S. Justice Departmentís criminal fraud section, has made a career out of getting witnesses to flip on one another."

Bring on the popcorn.

72. Right now 4:06p CNN is reporting that Flynn additionally

failed to report a significant $100B brokage trip to the Middle East involving Russia and Saudi Arabia re building of a nuclear power plant in exchange for weapons. This immediately brings to mind Kushner's present trip to the region.

73. Let us remember this..Mueller's good friend was fired by Drump...

His friend is/was Comey...Trump did not treat Comey in a respectful way..almost like one of Trump's puppets .
....................................Now, Mueller probably did/does not like the FBI treated like one of Trump's puppets.
....................................The FBI was/is an important part of Mueller's life.
.................................... So Mueller is not exactly.......impartial...Mueller will go after Trump in
way that we have not seen since Watergate. He could be fired by Drump..we
....................................will see.............and this will be a great show...

..................................You remember in Star Wars...Obi Wan was not an impartial person...Remember?..
...................................neither was Luke....................................................................................

NEITHER IS MR. MUELLER.......................HE WILL GET THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only reason he won't, is he will be fired by Drump..If that happens, Trump is done. Either way, Trump is toasted and well done. It will take time,, but the heat is on, and Mueller will turn it up high, very high. Yes, it is a two popcorn show...

...
