They still have some traction out of trump. SS, Medicare, the ACA, labor laws and such are still not taken care of. When those things are destroyed, he is gone.

As long as Trump signs tax cuts, repealing health care and every other nasty piece of shit the GOP can pass, they do not care what he does.
