1. Whoa, excellent take on things
but I'd suggest to Mr. Zakaria that he not bend over backwards quite to far trying to be fair to this guy.
If he does something right, it's purely by accident and will likely not last. He's irrational and he needs to go. No journalist worthy of the name should take any other position concerning him. |

3. Zacharia is usually ahead of everybody else on things. Here he does it again.

2. That's good, but does it make up for saying...
“I think Donald Trump became president of the United States,” Mr. Zakaria said Friday. “I think this was actually a big moment.”
After he bombed an empty airbase in Syria (or was it Iraq?), leaving no holes in the runways. |

4. A fine commentary by Fareed
The scary part is that if Fareed has it right, Trump has more intellect than we give him credit for. He is systematically attacking the pillars of democracy to enhance his power and further his cause. It's a disturbing thought.

6. Trump can't learn the pillars of democracy. So he pulls it down and

5. I haven't watched FZ since his infamous line about Cheeto becoming POTUS after he lobbed bombs...
down on an empty military installation in Syria. After Joy Reid, he used to be at the top of my Sunday news viewing. Not anymore.

9. "The Republican party is losing any resemblance to a western political party ...
and instead turning into something more commonly found in the developing world: A platform to support the ego, appetites and interests of one man and his family. "

10. Karma got Comey and I hope it gets every single one of the crooks who are stealing my country.
This list is loooooooooooong though and a couple hundred congresspeople are on it as well as the Donald's cronies, family, and all around thugs.

13. I had a slight problem with Fareed--if you cover his admin "fairly"
and cover his "wins" fairly, then that's normalizing Trump and giving him cover while he systematically dismantles our democracy. You can't wait until the whole thing is destroyed to sound the alarm! It will be too late then!
