Sexual Harassment, who the hell needs laws for "Hot Chocolate" ??

Who the hell needs a god damn law to protect people in the workplace from decent folks like Bill O'Reilly?

Before I go on, without googling, do you know why there is a law and why lawsuits are possible at all?

The passage of Title VII in 1964 prohibited sex discrimination in the workplace - Civil Rights Act

Quiz time:

Which political party and group of people would absolutely do everything in their power to not just do away with sexual harassment laws but do away with the Civil Rights Act period?

Class? Class?

So dont tell me I am chicken-little when I talk about Gorsuch representing the end of this country, because he and the others and the future other SC appointments will absolutely change EVERYTHING that you now think you can take for granted in this country.

Who disagrees with that?

That same year, the Civil Rights Act was amended to allow victims a jury trial when seeking compensatory and punitive damages under Title VII.

Not saying give up, just trying to educate people about what the results are of 3rd party voting, not voting, or god forbid voting for a fucking disgrace of a human being like Donald J. Trump.
