Even if thats not exactly his thought process, I think it would upset him that we say he wants to be a princess.

7. Here is an actual US Presidential Carriage

Once used by President Lincoln. It's currently in the Smithsonian Museum. Perhaps Trump will put it back into use for processions. Note the complete lack of gilding.
