Did she get taken away?

The image of the double zip ties is very strong.

The cop seems rather peeved the camera is on him.

thanks your sacrifice for their CEO's profits. Children are always the greatest victims of war. End the criminal war profiteering.

from the article linked below (thanks to poster above for the link)...

...snip..

Iowa Democratic Party Executive Director Norm Sterzenbach said he sympathizes with some of the concerns of the occupiers, but he decided to call the police once the entrances were blocked.

“They were physically blocking the entrances, there were staff that could not leave,” Sterzenbach said. “Without us having the cops remove them, (the staff) would still be in there all night.”

Goodner said that wouldn’t have been necessary if Sterzenbach had just opened his offices. “They could have opened the doors, rolled out the welcoming mats and let us stay there while they got on the horn with the White House,” Goodner said.

“They could have called up the chain of command and gotten someone who does have the authority to address our demands on the phone, on a conference call on Skype, we could have had a real conversation.”

See, sometimes the ignorance shines through and that needs to be remedied. Did these folks really think the local Dem office would just pick up the WH Batphone and put 'em through to the President? lolz

I admire what Occupy is trying to do, a shame so many of them have zero clue as to how anything works.

It's in the party platform. It is slow frustrating time consuming work pushing forward. We should work together.

A brave young soul indeed. May all the children be brave; my generation has made bravery extremely necessary for today's children.
