(10,474 posts)1. Let's return the favor to Putin!
We should be spreading the truth of Putin's corruption and murder and help topple their mad man! Maybe Russia could become a friend of the U.S. if we can help rid them of their oligarchs while we get rid of ours?

https://sputniknews.com/russia/201703261051978174-russia-navalny-protest-detention/
This article implies that there was exactly one protest. The one in central Moscow.
https://www.rt.com/news/382342-opposition-protest-russia-police/
Very, very long and pic-heavy article about the protests themselves. The very last paragraph of the article finally gives a half-hearted mention why those people protested at all.
Navalny called on his supporters to protest on Sunday, weeks after releasing a report on the alleged corruption of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. He accused the head of the Russian government of personal enrichment through embezzlement.

Read the comment-section on this. It has been heavily redacted and somehow only posts in support of Putin are left.
What's noteworthy about the censoring is that the moderators don't mind it when people post anti-semitic conspiracy-theories.

This is where US is headed unless Cheeto gets removed in the next few months.
