Articles of Impeachment: Right now, there is evidence for
Abuse of Power (this Saturday's tweets) and the broad outlines of Obstruction of Justice (various administration efforts to squelch or guide the FBI investigation).
Any others?

3. Emoluments clause, profiting from public office
We're paying outrageous fees for him to stay at his own properties, while his kids are on tRump business tours, promoting those properties, as agents of the U.S. Government.

4. Emoluments: China essentially bribed him.
Trump has been trying to secure the rights to the brand "Trump" in China for years, but to no avail, because some Chinese already had registered the brand. Many unsuccessful trials in court.
Then, all of a sudden, after 15 years of judicial precedent to the contrary, the chinese courts suddenly decide to grant Trump the brand "Trump". A brand that he values at several billion dollars. And just in time for him to flip-flop back from a Two-China-Policy to a One-China-Policy. |

8. Yeah, I think this would make a solid third article (because
there is plenty of indisputable evidence), although I think it could easily ber subsumed under an "Abuse of Power" article also.

6. Hmm. Well, technically, impeachment as a constitutional
remedy is reserved for "high crimes and misdemeanors." I think claims of mental disability or instability would be covered under provisions of the 25th Amendment.

10. You don't need no "high crimes and misdemeanors" for impeachment
An impeachable offense is whatever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history. - Gerald Ford

9. Yeah, that is certainly true. Right now, this is purely
theoretical. Just speculating on what eventual Articles of Impeachment might cover.
