Could Republicans go Birther on the PPACA?

Hear me out.

Let's assume Obama is re-elected this year.

It's now 2014 and the penalties kick in.

Will disgruntled rightwing assholes who got nowhere with their birther lawsuits start filing lawsuits nationwide over having to pay the tax because they have no insurance?

They've already proven they are big enough assholes to tie up the legal system with bullshit lawsuits over nothing.

My suspicion is we haven;t begun to see the abuse of the judicial system by rightwing nut assholes who have no brains.
