6. That was added while I was in grammar school.

I never said it. I still don't say it. When it was introduced at school, our teacher told us that new words had been added to the Pledge of Allegiance, but that we were not required to say them. That was my 4th grade teacher, Mrs. Knight. She was an excellent teacher in many ways.
