One thing to remember about Obamacare. Under its provisions, interested states will be supported in developing their own single payer plans. That could be an effective way to redirect our efforts.

After the Congressional elections are done we need to get pro-health liberal Democrats in state legislatures because that's where the next fight is for healthcare.
