1. The new EO will include the original 7 countries plus the Maldives. That way it isn't anti-Muslim.

2. So basically they admitted they had no reason to fire

Acting AG Yates. She refused to defend an unconstitutional executive order. If he had listened to her, he would have saved himself a great deal of embarrassment.

4. Been expecting this ever since WA team announced they would request discovery on the process

that went into creating the EO and who was involved in decision making.

The last thing they want is full and legal exposure of their unconstitutional process.

11. I would think so since it's based on the court case proceeding.

No way do they want those depositions to occur. If they told the truth then their unconstitutional, racist and sloppy process would be fully exposed and if they lied, they could actually be held accountable for it, rather than those lies just swirling into the chaotic miasma of other lies they create.

Our Solicitor General focusing on doing this caught my eye right away:
