'Nuther Dumb Question...

Will Senator Sessions be able to vote for his own nomination as Attorney General??
If he can isn't that some sort of conflict of interest??

2. He said he would not vote on himself

I can't find a link but I read it somewhere last week.

If DeVos got through, one would assume Sessions will, even if he has to vote for himself.

Sessions at least has experience. DeVos, Perry, Linda McMahon..

I do not like Sessions. He looks corrupt.

5. I think he is.

But I don't think that is enough for Republicans to flip.

4. Has this happened before?

Have there been previous Senators nominated for Government positions who have voted for themselves? Anyone know?
