Did Deplorables at 4Chan create the Peepeegate documents ?

It is the Trump trolls at 4Chan that are saying that one of them created the Peepeegate documents. Cui bono? They are, of course, saying that to discredit the story as apocryphal. If the documents were forgeries they were damn good forgeries because they fooled various intelligence agencies, United States senators, and the president.

There is an interesting news story from the Guardian about the authenticity of the documents:

Senator John McCain passed documents to the FBI director, James Comey, last month alleging secret contacts between the Trump campaign and Moscow and that Russian intelligence had personally compromising material on the president-elect himself.

The material, which has been seen by the Guardian, is a series of reports on Trump’s relationship with Moscow. They were drawn up by a former western counter-intelligence official, now working as a private consultant.

The Guardian has not been able to confirm the veracity of the documents’ contents, and the Trump team has consistently denied any hidden contacts with the Russian government.

An official in the US administration who spoke to the Guardian described the source who wrote the intelligence report as consistently reliable, meticulous and well-informed, with a reputation for having extensive Russian contacts.

Some of the reports – which are dated from 20 June to 20 October last year – also proved to be prescient, predicting events that happened after they were sent.

We will learn soon enough if these documents are what they seem to be. It is in the Deplorables interest that they aren't

I don't care about the "Golden Showers" nonsense. I care about the FACT that multiple Intelligence agencies and professionals throughout the world are now saying Russia/Putin have some kind of kompromat on Trump.

Titillation about the golden shower crap is funny, but it is mostly irrelevant. The only good it does is continue to show a pattern that this guy is kind of a Freakazoid. If it causes the Republicans to not be able to take him seriously, he could become a joke, though I'd prefer to find evidence to remove this fool from office before innocent people die.
