A bigoted authoritarian reality tv show host and overrated businessman supported by actual white supremacists was just elected president. Maybe the one good thing that will come out of this is that we can drop the old rules about only elected officials running (successfully) for president. So if George Clooney, Tom Hanks and Marc Cuban want to run I'll give them a listen. If a newly elected governor of a large, economic powerhouse wants to dip his toes into the water I'm all ears. If Julian Castro wants to run I'm eager to hear him out. And yes, if Biden or Al Gore want to think about it then I will too.

"I'm not committing not to run." That's a non answer. He's playing with the Press again. He loves to do that, and time is running out for him to be in any spotlight.

to run for president in 2020.

As long as you are under 80 I think you are good to go. I might not think they should run for a second term, but I don't doubt that they are capable of serving one term. We don't even know if HRC was going to run for a second term if she had won.

I personally prefer Elizabeth Warren. She will be 71 and I definitely think that is young enough to run for two terms.

where are the young Democrats?

See, this is another reason Democrats really needed a Minority Leader like Tim Ryan, or someone similar for DNC chair. We'll never have another Democratic POTUS if he can't win enough of the country's white racial majority to get 270+ electoral votes (I didn't say "win" outright, but lose by less than 20 points assuming lack of Obama-level black turnout). The EC isn't going anywhere: we don't have 38 statehouses (let alone House/Senate seats).
