If they have already been funded, it might be more difficult than if they have not. But, the Congress can repeal anything it wants to repeal. The effects of a repeal depend on many things, though. They aren't always immediate.

The first thing that will come up is the federal subsidies for health insurance in the ACA. Right now, people are signing up for plans, based on the known subsidy amounts. They must sign up by December 31. So, I don't know if Congress can remove those subsidies that are already in place.

That's a far more concerning thing than tax credits for solar installations, really. It affect far more people who could never afford solar, even with the tax credits. And it's high on the list of things Republicans want to do right away.

My wife has an ACA policy issued by MNSure. If it goes away, her monthly premium would double. I'm on Medicare.

till next spring when her Medicare kicks in. So fortune that neither of us has any Health issues going on.
