I was at work, where others can hear, so as to not cause a disturbance, I failed to speak my mind. Although my co-workers did get a kick out of how I handled the IRS scammer that called a couple weeks ago.

5. When he was first elected and

the NRA mag. American Rifleman came out it's Obama's 10 point plan to take away your guns, I was in a sporting goods store and a bunch of guys were swearing it would happen if he got elected. I told them they don't really believe that and they swore he would.
I told them they don't and then made an offer. I said each of you take a thousand dollars and I'll match it. At the end of his term, if any of you have a firearm that you legally own now and the government comes and takes it away, you get the $. If not I get it. Not one of them took me and they all hung their heads and walked away when I told them "see you don't even believe your own BS.

Even if I was an aficionado of firearms, I couldn't feature belonging to the NRA, an organization of grifters, charlatans, and paranoiacs.
