2. I think they will claim it's not telling them who to vote FOR

Just telling them to VOTE and yeah, if someone wants to find out if you have voted, it is possible to learn that. What kind of sickos would do that to dis a neighbor, I'd rather not speculate on.

It's creepy as all get-out, but might be just a hair short of illegal.

8. I don't think they can find out WHO you voted for, just IF you voted

As well they can find out what party affiliation you are registered with.

Florida has some of the most open record laws in the country and their records do not put in HOW anyone voted, only if they did.

My neighbors will know who I vote for since I tend to be active in campaigns. But they don't agree with my choice, I don't give a shit what their opinion is. I don't like most of my neighbors anyway.

10. Agreed. In Ohio, we have a list of all registered voters in the precinct

We check them off when they come in and the list is then posted publicly (in the voting location). Anyone can come in and see if Mr X or Ms Z has voted yet---this allows GOTV groups to check on their voters.

OF COURSE there is no way to tell HOW they voted, just whether they did or not. (Actually, for all we know, they cast an unmarked ballot, but they did come in and go thru the process) The flyer is creepy for implying that IF you don't vote AND Hillary wins, your neighbors will blame YOU!!!! Booga-booga-booga!

4. Is this pro-Trump? To me, the stigma is on the Trump voter. Even his campaign says so.

His campaign claims Trump under performs in polls because people are ashamed of supporting him.
