Often Trump would be needed to record a wild line of dialogue to be inserted into the cut to fix a story point. Braun remembered that the star would be coordinating the recording session via telephone with a woman producer hired by the show in New York.
Listening on the line to the recording session at Trump Tower, Braun recalls, Donald was always telling this woman producer to Go get me a Diet Coke. And she would reply, But Donald, I need to be here to help record this dialogue. And Trump would reply, No you dont; go get me a Diet Coke. This isnt that big of a deal, but it struck me as insensitive.

On the other hand, I don't watch most "reality" shows. Off the top of my head, the only ones that I've liked were the old "Survivorman" episodes (before Les Stroud started looking for Bigfoot!) and History Channel's "Alone."
Science and history programs are more "real" to me than the so-called "reality" shows, and I've watched many of those.

That said I have never liked Cheeto always thought he was a creep and was sick what he did to Ivana with Marla on the ski slope.
