It's from the "Real True News" fake that came out a few days before Wikileaks (technically, it's not in the Wikileaks stuff at all, but other people have been adding it, like Fox News before they admitted it). They might have used autocorrect, or they might just have an idea of how edumacated folk talk, and were trying to ape it. 'Aperture' is sort of right, but more like someone trying to sound 'scientific'. Any written speech would have said 'opening'.

Whether it's real or fake, people who HATE Hillary (not me imwith her) will point to this and say see look she's worse than Trump. Personally I don't see how saying "Grab her p***) is worse than saying "you have a private and public life" but that's just me. If that statement is true, then she's right what we say in private is different than how we present ourselves in public. Every one to some degree puts on a different persona on in public!
