Coastal SC and inland are drowning.

My power is flickering now.
In addition, idiots are out joyriding and getting stuck. They have to be rescued. Fine them out the wazoo!
The wind and rain are bad. Gonna get washed away, blowed away or both. Those poor people on the coast.
I'm ok. Been through this before.
Moonpie and Tater are hunkered up beside me.

I haven't heard from my best friend who lives in Charleston and almost on the Ashley. I've tried to reach her by phone and text and no response

And be safe. It looks horrible. I live in the tidal area of Virginia so know how scarey it can get.

Bought shrimp off the boat there. Have relatives at Murrill's inlet, on the strand who lost their house during Hugo.

Here's to hoping everyone around there are well. Be safe and be well to you all.

Savannah did better than I feared. I live there, and while we have a lot of trees down and some flooding, it could have been much worse. Most of the trees survived and the flooding was localized. The Storm surge hit the riverfront area hardest. We will be back.
