I'm not convinced they've ever been in the same room together. Trump chose Pence because he had to. Pence said yes because he's an opportunist who's stupid enough to hitch his wagon to a garbage fire.

They deserve each other.

I doubt he will agree to debate, but if he does I expect the first (and hopefully career ending) psychotic meltdown to occur on stage.
