They must try to keep the election close. It's no fun for them if Clinton has a 10+ point advantage 4lbs Jul 2016 #2

"Clinton Faces Questions Over TPP Trade Deal".

A few minutes ago, her opponent publically asked the Russian govt to hack into Hillary's emails. And THAT's their headline now???? Andrea Mitchell is asking, "Is she really going to walk away from the deal she made?"

Fucking REALLY?? Is that what's urgent at the moment?

I think she was still reeling from her treatment by Trump. The look on her face....

Then people will stop watching with an edge-of-their-seats mindset.

No eyeballs, means less advertising dollars.

Less advertising dollars, means lower salaries for those talking heads on the M$M.

Back when Cronkite was giving the news, it was widely accepted that "News" was supposed to be a loss leader, and that the rest of the network programming would make up the dollar loss.

However, now, that nearly all 'News' divisions have been rolled into 'Entertainment', they can no longer focus solely on just-the-facts-ma'am news, but must have slick graphics and charts, and try to keep the audience interested.

Interest = eyeballs = more advertising dollars.

The audience is only interested with a close race.
