It's looking more and more like it is actually going to be next year before we get a new SCOTUS Justice- and then maybe, if they hold the Senate and Hillary is elected POTUS, they will go ahead and declare her a "lame duck" and try to wait until the American people have "spoken" in 2020 before they'll let Scalia (and any other newly dead or retired Justices) be replaced.

for disrespecting our President, the American people will be rewarded if our next President is allowed to fill Scalia's seat with the nominee SHE believes will be confirmed by a DEMOCRAT-CONTROLLED Senate.

McConnell knows he's not getting a better deal from Hillary. Garland will be sworn in before Thxgvg.
