5. I am white and I see it. I also see the cops lean towards more powerful of

of the two if there is conflict. Cops don't stop the new cars blasting 15 mph above the speed limit but the people in the old cars going 5 mph under. I don't think it is the choice of the patrolman but rather the systems priorities set by the fat cat bosses.
