Benghazi The Fault of Republican Underfunding: Sister of Ambassador Stevens

http://www.cnn.com/2016/06/29/politics/stevens-family-clinton-benghazi-interview/index.html
snip:
The sister of the U.S. ambassador to Libya killed in Benghazi said she doesn't blame Hillary Clinton for Chris Stevens' death, instead pointing to Congress for under-budgeting the State Department.

"I do not blame Hillary Clinton or Leon Panetta (for Stevens' death). They were balancing security efforts at embassies and missions around the world," Dr. Anne Stevens, who has acted as a spokesperson for the family, said in an interview with the New Yorker published Tuesday.
Benghazi panel caps 2-year probe: No bombshell, faults administration
"But what was the underlying cause? Perhaps if Congress had provided a budget to increase security for all missions around the world, then some of the requests for more security in Libya would have been granted. Certainly the State Department is underbudgeted," she added. "I would love to hear they are drastically increasing the budget."
Her comments will probably not be heard on Faux News or anywhere in the Reich Wing noise machine.

That's one of the reasons they have been so desperately trying to pin the blame on someone else. Republicans do not do responsibility, honor or integrity - witness their current draft-dodging leader, Donald Trump.

The family of Ambassador Stevens feels congress didn't allocate enough money for the investigation into Hillary's killing of the ambassador

obfuscation given their cuts to security at Embassies and Consulates and attacking Obama and Clinton - their last hearing was a big flop.

with the likes of this BS investigation. They would have asked the reTHUGs point blank, "wasn't it this republican congress that cut funding that prevented more security details?" And kept pressing until Gowdy and ISsa ran away.

...and unworthy of the term "news" because for the most part that's not what they do. Otherwise, they would sharply question the Republicans about how they caused the Benghazi tragedy when they yanked away the funds for security details, and that fact would be a part of every printed or broadcast discussion of Behghazi.
