Police Public Information Officer Shawn Roby said an unidentified student who liked hanging around in the parking lot during lunch was told he could no longer do it. School officials told the student he either had to be in a building or actually go to lunch.
When he was found hanging in the parking lot at lunch again his parking permit was pulled for three days. Roby said the boy was angry and told adult friends that it was because he displayed a Confederate flag in his truck ...
