A woman arrested at the May 6 Donald Trump rally in Omaha filed a complaint with the Omaha Police Department on Tuesday, alleging unprofessional behavior on the part of a sergeant who took her into custody.
Tanny Oliver, 23, and a handful of other Trump protesters arrived at the rally as it ended and rallygoers were exiting. She said she stepped away and behind something, to go to the bathroom outside.
While her pants were down, she said, officers grabbed her and took her into custody.
Oliver, who declined to share a copy of her official complaint, said the sergeant told her I like you as she was handcuffed and told another person, I just think shes cute.
