Why isn't msbc doing more to promote Gary Johnson if they want the dems to win?

Surely some indies would split away from Trump. They've been such a good propaganda machine. Why aren't they promoting a 3rd party Repub spoiler?

edit - Johnson, not Anderson - and then as soon as I wrote this, there's Lawrence osomething highlighting Johnson. Yay.

2. The Libertarians have not had their convention yet to name a nominee.

It will probably be Gary Johnson though.

11. I was wishfully hoping it would be Jesse Ventura - Trump and Ventura in the ring!

That would have been pretty damn funny - Trump trying to outdo 'the Body', his old pal - and hopefully drive home the ludicrousy of Trump.

18. Rocky Anderson of the Justice Party

is fantastic. I voted for him in 2012 (I'm in a deep red state, so what the hell?)

If you haven't seen the Justice Party platform, it's worth a look.

7. MSNBC and Comcast don't have any party preferences.

They only care that the most corporate friendly person wins.

Oh, I hope they keep it up. Give Johnson a mini scandal to peak some interest or something...

12. We could start one.

Anything said on DU is bound to go viral within hours.

Example: Gary Johnson once fornicated with his pet {fill in the blank}.

But he seems nice enough - maybe he donated to Lance Armstrong? or some kind of doping scandal - I hear he is quite the 'winner'

15. Who says he would only takes votes away from Trump?

He's anti-war and pro-drug legalization, so he'd take votes away from Clinton too, no?

16. Hmm, that's problem. But

numbers show too many want universal health care and mat leave - oops, that's a problem too - except Clinton supporters going for a libertarian? There's still room to be creative here

19. On college affordability,

he thinks the real problem is public colleges and public support for education. He's very adamant about it.
