I know what republicans will do after this election

If they lose in a landslide, win in a landslide and every scenario in-between. The same thing they do as a reaction to anything and everything that happens:

MOVE FARTHER TO THE RIGHT!

It is a perfect positive feedback loop that blames every failure on moderation and compromise of values and declares even razor thin, artificial, fraudulent successes a mandate.

I've compared it to Moore's Law. In the political version, Republicans become twice as bat-shit crazy right in every election cycle. It's been going on a long time and we have to ask: How much longer can they keep that up? At this rate, GOP candidates will be criticizing the Spanish as "Too Soft on Heretics" by 2024 if not sooner.
