Sec: a con comissioner would give a green light to the banking shenanigans we love so much.
Depth of labor: crippling of the unions
Fda/usda: under con control rule food inspections became voluntary
Head of the fed: back to employee insecurity
Amtrak: no rail improvement
Post office: privatization of mail good bye postal union

1. "Scotus: back to 5-4 decisions against you" until Ginsburg (83), Kennedy (79), Bryer (77) retire

or, otherwise, leave the bench. Then it gets much worse.

On average, Presidents get to appoint 2 judges.

5. No, his picks won't be that good. He will appoint Roy Moore or others of his ilk.

I see Trump as a bit of Chameleon. He will be whatever he has to be to win. His takeover of the Republican Party will leave most of them in place, as long as they play ball with him.
