(58,785 posts)weaker opposing candidate, it's more about whether the GOP turns out for him and in what numbers -- will enough stay loyal -- and of course that bizarre little group of "swing-dings" who won't have finally decided between "The Donald?" "Hillary?" until they actually punch by a name.
A conservative strategist said both parties will be wooing blue collar workers and "soft" and moderate conservatives.

(14,040 posts)when a lot of Democrats (the majority I think) aren't against free trade...nor are a lot of Republicans. So, if he blasts free trade that often, it seems to me a losing strategy. But what do I know?

But I have taken the donald that seriously... I had a moment of doubt, when he did lose and it looked like he did not have a way to get the PDs well, that momentary doubt went away after New York.
